La Pepinere

The spacious gite is within walking distance of the small town of St Sauveur le Vicomte, and only a 10 minute drive to the beaches. The property is well presented in a relaxed environment overlooking the pond and lake. La Pepinere has one double bedroom and two twin rooms. The bathroom is fully fitted with a walk in shower. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave and fridge and home from home kitchen utensils. Living Rooms: The large separate lounge has television, satellite, DVD and Hifi. With a separate dimming room and downstairs toilet. Other: Outside La Pepinere is an undercovered porch area which overlooks the pond and lake. We have miles upon miles of beautiful sandy beaches our closest one is only a 10 minute drive away. It is only 15 minutes to the lovely Carteret beach. The gite has a communal fully enclosed garden, with outdoor furniture and barbecues. Our beautiful lake has many different ducks and moorhens, with a visiting king fisher there is always something new to see. The lake has many seating areas for relaxing, picnics, reading and painting. Golf There are 3 local golf courses, a 9 hole in Brix, an 18 hole Omaha and 9 hole in St Germain. All within an half an hour drive.
