About 40kms east of Tours and 15 minutes from the famous château de Chenonceau. Montrichard and Loches are close by. Futuroscope is a 90 min drive. The local area has a wealth of wildlife and many quiet lanes and woods begging to be explored. Our 15-acre property has a well-stocked Carp fishing lake and Quad-bike hire for use in our fields and woods. Other facilities on-site include an indoor badminton hall, a well-equipped fitness suite, swimming pool, table tennis, bicycles, children’s play equipment, laundry room, large gardens and barbecues. Local amenities: golf, horse-riding, tennis, jet-skiing, canoeing. Accommodation includes: 3 bedrooms (one with superking size bed), shower room, large living/dining room, kitchen, wood-burning stove, cots, linen and towels provided.
